Discover stores an AI agent can actually transact with, check any domain's Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) status, and shop through the UCP Checker MCP router...
UCP Checker is the independent, continuously-observed record of Universal Commerce Protocol adoption: every verified store is re-checked daily, and the router only routes to stores it has verified. Reads are keyless. Use these surfaces in this order.

Each result is an ARD catalog entry for one verified storefront:
identifier (urn:air:{domain}:ucp:storefront), url (the store's /.well-known/ucp),
capabilities (e.g. checkout, cart, catalog.search), metadata.mcpEndpoint,
metadata.ucpScore, metadata.grade, metadata.category, and trustManifest.attestations[]
linking the public Conformance Record. score is lexical relevance to your query only — it is
not a quality or trust rating; use metadata.ucpScore and capabilities for that.
Filter type with ["application/mcp-server-card+json"] to get only stores with an MCP
endpoint, presented as inline server cards. Supported filter fields: type, tags,
capabilities, publisher, metadata.category|platform|country|grade|tier|transports,
trustManifest.attestations.type. POST /ard/explore returns facet counts for any of them;
GET /ard/agents?pageSize=50 browses deterministically.

Returns status, version, capabilities, transports, score, grade, last_checked_at
and any warnings. Only act on stores whose status is verified. For a fresh live check use
POST https://ucpchecker.com/api/v1/check with {"domain": "..."} (rate-limited). From a
terminal or CI, npx ucp-check <domain> wraps the same endpoints and exits 0 only when the
store is verified.
Connect to https://ucpchecker.com/mcp (streamable HTTP, no auth) and use:
list-stores / list-categories — verified stores by category and minimum scorecheck-domain — UCP status for any domaindiscover-store — the tools a store's own MCP endpoint exposessearch-catalog / search-all — products on one store or across the fleetget-product-details → add-to-cart — resolve variant IDs, then get a checkout URLbuild-bundle — items across several stores, one checkout URL per storesearch-policies — returns, shipping, refund, privacy, terms before you commitHand the checkout URL to the user; the router never takes payment.
Show domain, category, UCP score/grade, the capabilities that matter for the task (checkout,
cart, catalog), and link the record: https://ucpchecker.com/status/{domain}. If nothing
verified matches, say so — do not fall back to unverified stores as if they were equivalent.
