    North Star Metric

    The ONE metric that represents customer value

    Examples:
      Slack: Weekly Active Users
      Airbnb: Nights Booked
      Spotify: Time Listening
      Shopify: GMV
    
    Your North Star should: ✅ Represent customer value
      ✅ Correlate with revenue
      ✅ Be measurable frequently
      ✅ Rally the team
