Approve a limited production launch

Before routing a live number, verify the exact agent version, environment secret references, consent and disclosure text, fallback transfer destination, and on-call owner. Run a final synthetic call through the production-like preview route and record the result without retaining audio. Start with a small traffic percentage and a defined rollback trigger, then expand only when completion, escalation, and error metrics remain within the release bounds.
