Prerequisites: npm install at root level and a locally available Chrome/Chromium. No backend needed (static pages only).

Manual Steps
cd frontend && npm run build # Step 1: Build
node scripts/run-lighthouse.mjs # Step 2: Audit (from project root)
For a focused smoke run: node scripts/run-lighthouse.mjs --runs 1 --url http://localhost:5174/
